VMS has been consistent over the years and I've never had an issue with payment or communication with them. And they're always honest with what they can or cannot do while giving advice. At VMS, Rick took good care of my vehicle. Liz, Rick, and their team had one of the best customer services a client can ask for. They were incredibly helpful and kept in touch throughout the entire process. They also reached out and dealt with the INS company on my behalf.
