My family has been coming here for years. Maybe almost about 8 years. VMS has been consistent over the years and I've never had an issue with payment or communication with them. I looked for a collision center after my car had gotten into an accident local to my area. At VMS, Rick took good care of my vehicle. Liz, Rick, and their team had one of the best customer services a client can ask for. Liz and Vicky were star players! I brought my car in from a fender bender and from the first phone call they were so amazing. They were incredibly helpful and kept in touch throughout the entire process. They also reached out and dealt with the INS company on my behalf.
