I looked for a collision center after my car had gotten into an accident local to my area. At VMS, Rick took good care of my vehicle. Ana, Rick, and their team had one of the best customer services a client can ask for. They were on top of keeping me updated and kept me in the loop of the car status, completion date, and everything in between. I would definitely recommend them to a family or friend.

My car was completed to my total satisfaction! When I picked it up, you'd never know the passenger side was ever damaged. They even sent a couple of replacement doors back because the quality was not up to their standards. Highly recommend them!

I delayed taking my vehicle in for body work for a while. It is kind of a hassle. It wasn't with VMS! They made it easy to deal with insurance, were VERY FAIR and wonderdful, friendly, helpful people. Can't say enough positive things about this shop.

You must try. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. They'll try to explain everything what's to be done and what you need to be done on your car to your own understanding. Trust me, you'll leave the shop with an AWE. Kevin is good.

I had a great experience with this collision center while getting my daughter's vehicle repaired. From the very beginning, the team was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
I especially want to recognize Vicky, who guided me every step of the way. It was reassuring to have someone who took the time to explain things clearly and make sure I understood what was happening. Rick was also incredibly helpful, always available to answer my questions and provide updates when needed.
What stood out most to me was that they truly listened. They took the time to understand my concerns and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. That level of customer service goes a long way and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
